Take Control of Your Life (Mel Robbins)
Although I love the idea of sitting down with a good book, in reality,
it's not something I often do. And to be honest, with my ADHD and Dyslexia, I struggle with reading comprehension and focus. Here are some of the go-to audiobooks that I listen to when driving, riding my bike (I know, horrible!), or when I'm out for a walk.
PODCASTS
I'm admittedly a little bit of a podcast junky. It's a joke between my husband and me because I typically start at least one sentence a day with "I was listening to a podcast, and..."
Here is a list of some of my favorite podcasts right now that relate to entrepreneurship and/or neurodiversity. I listen to audiobooks and podcasts interchangeably and will hop back and forth between them, depending on how I feel that day.
-
The Neurodivergent Women Podcast (Monique Mitchelson and Michelle Livock)
-
Goal Digger (Jenna Kutcher)
-
Law Firm Owner (Melissa Shanahan)
APPS
Are you familiar with the coined term called "digital minimalism"? Well, I need that in my life! My iPhone storage is out of control. With that though, you "should" definitely check out these apps! I hate the word should. And the word hate for that matter!
I haven't personally tried any of these apps yet, but I've heard really good things. From who, I couldn't tell you. I'm willing to bet it was from one of the podcasts listed above though!
